With a small central studio located in London, our team predominantly work from their own home studios across the UK, enabling us to provide our clients with the efficiencies of a local designer, and centralised buying and administrative resources.

We have successfully undertaken many projects for overseas clients communicating online to finalise the design and then being their eyes and ears on the ground to implement the project.

We have developed a tried and tested list of questions that enables us to make a good match. We consider the scope of works, life-stage, lifestyle and type of property as well as location and availability. For larger projects you are likely to work with a team, always with one key contact as your lead.

The nature of our projects varies enormously. Sometimes people are starting from scratch, with a new build or second property. Other times people are looking to give a much-loved home a new lease of life and would like to keep most of their possessions. We are very happy to work in the whatever way suits you best.

We have trade accounts with more than 500 suppliers but are in no way limited to these. We can always set up new accounts if required to meet the needs of our clients. We can also provide you with a shopping list of items, should you prefer to shop for yourself over time. We are totally flexible.

We have developed a wonderful team of preferred partners from builders to joiners, electricians, plumbers, upholsterers and handymen who we work with. We are also happy to work with your own contractors, if you have people that you trust and have worked with before. It is entirely up to you.

We are delighted to help with specific tasks, say the layout of a space, a planting plan or the design and decoration of one room. For ad hoc consultations like these we would simply estimate the time it would take, and you can purchase a bundle of hours to complete the required task.

Absolutely! We very much enjoy helping clients to bring their brand alive to maximise their business opportunity. We apply the same client focussed approach as we do to our residential projects.

We have developed a robust, tried and tested process that ensures that you will be delighted. We question and listen hard to make sure that we really understand what you are looking for before we start work. Then, we take a step-by-step approach, getting sign off at each stage to keep you in control of the process. In the unlikely situation that you are not happy with our work then we would ask you to raise it as quickly as possible so that we can resolve any issues.

We work with our clients to find the best solutions that suit them, always looking for more environmentally friendly and sustainable options when appropriate to do so. Many of our Trusted Trade suppliers offer sustainable options.

All our designers and most of our work is in the UK. We have successfully undertaken several projects in France. Our Garden Designer, originally from Australia, continues to progress projects in Australia remotely, visiting once a year, during the UK winter.
