Consultation
This valuable collaborative consultation enables us to assess the design opportunity and for you to get to know us and benefit from our experience, prior to making a full commitment to the project. We listen intently, input our initial thoughts and ideas, prepare a final brief and clear action plan for your consideration and sign off.
Design Concept
The magic begins! We explore ideas and create carefully considered solutions to realise your dreams. This will be presented as inspiring mood-boards, layouts and initial design drawings, depending on the project scope, to demonstrate the aesthetic and functional design direction. The preferred concept will be fine-tuned in line with your comments.
Design Detailing
Every element of the design is developed and then reviewed to ensure that the design flows and works as a cohesive whole. Sourcing lists, detailed specifications and technical drawings produced in-line with the project requirements. A design pack will be prepared to facilitate the transformation of your individual design into a physical reality.
Implementation
Successfully transforming the detailed design into the desired reality is an iterative process, requiring continued creative interpretation and practical problem solving as the physical space evolves. Working with our network of trade specialists, this phase includes the production of tender documents, schedules of work, briefing, co-ordinating and supporting contractors, managing deliveries, installation and styling, as required.

"We completely renovated our Grade II listed Georgian home. Having someone who genuinely understood period properties was really important to us as there were so many heritage considerations along the way. Linda worked closely with English Heritage and the specialist trades, and really got the details right - from the proportions and joinery through to bespoke coving designed specifically for the house.
What we loved most was that she understood we wanted to respect the building, but also make it feel like us. The finished house still has all of its Georgian character, but it feels glamorous, comfortable and properly lived in rather than overly formal or precious.
It was a huge transformation, and we’re absolutely thrilled with how it turned out.
