GEORGIAN GRADE II LISTED Renovation

Restoration Project

The careful renovation of a Grade II Listed Georgian property to restore the historic features, in close collaboration with our client.

The property was in a poor condition and required significant restoration works. This included restoring flooring, fireplaces and panelling, updating plumbing and heating, kitchen and bathroom renovations, design and build of bespoke furniture, making good throughout, full interior design and decoration of all surfaces.

"There are many eclectic design elements, that add to the story of the property. For example, there is a little interior window that looks out from the living room onto the hall. This was added when the building was owned by the local government. "Customers would stand here when they visited the council to register their births and deaths.” We retained these quirky details that add so much charm and are authentic to the history of the building.
