Our client arrived with a completely blank canvas. He was in the process of purchasing a beautiful four-bedroom property with almost no furniture and a firm deadline for moving in. What he needed was an experienced interior designer he could trust to shape the entire home from concept to completion, managing every detail along the way.

This became a full turnkey interior design and procurement project, including complete furnishing, decoration, contractor oversight, and styling, to create a beautiful home, personalised to our busy client.

Creating a Cohesive Home From Scratch

The house itself has wonderful bones: a welcoming hallway with wood flooring, an elegant front reception with a cast-iron fireplace, generous kitchen - dining space opening onto the garden, three double bedrooms, a study, and well-planned bathrooms. Our brief was to transform these empty architectural spaces into a warm, luxurious and characterful home that feels lived-in and personal to our client.

From the outset, our conversations centred on the atmosphere our client wanted to come home to: relaxed but sophisticated, beautifully styled but not overly formal, characterful without feeling cluttered. Everything we designed, sourced and installed evolved from this foundation - a modern and comfortable sanctuary.

We created a complete colour palette for the entire property, ensuring flow between each floor and room, and designed bespoke furniture layouts to maximise comfort, practicality and aesthetic impact. Every individual element - furniture, artwork, window treatments, lighting, textiles and decorative pieces - was selected specifically for this home.

A curated gallery wall ascends the staircase, blending contemporary and classic artwork to create visual rhythm throughout the landings. Thoughtfully scaled mirrors and decorative pieces bring light, interest and personality to each transitional space.

A Layered, Sociable Living Room

The front reception room needed to feel elegant yet relaxed - a place to read, entertain or unwind. We designed a furniture layout that enhances the room’s proportions and cast-iron fireplace, and sourced every piece specifically for the space, from armchairs and coffee tables to lighting and soft furnishings.

The result is a cohesive, warm living room that balances comfort with modern refinement, reflecting the client’s personal taste without becoming overly styled.

Bespoke Bedroom Furniture and Headboard Design

One of the most transformational decisions was to design luxurious bespoke headboards for the bedrooms. Each headboard was tailored to the flow, ceiling height and architecture of its room, using layered fabrics, elegant proportions and sophisticated detailing to create hotel-quality comfort with personal character.

The bedrooms were furnished completely from scratch: beds, side tables, window treatments, storage, lighting and artwork were all sourced and installed as part of the turnkey service. Every space feels intentional, serene and beautifully grounded.

A Functional and Stylish Home Office

The fourth bedroom became a dedicated study, designed to support working from home with a practical desk layout, refined storage and soft, supportive lighting. The palette and furnishings flow seamlessly from the rest of the house so the office feels inspiring rather than purely utilitarian.

Cloakroom Interior

We reimagined the downstairs cloakroom with a new colour scheme, wallpaper and flooring to bring personality into this compact space. Elegant fittings, a refined mirror and sculptural accessories give it a polished, jewel-box quality.

Indoor - Outdoor Garden Styling

Although modest in size, the garden forms an important extension of the kitchen - dining area. We selected outdoor furniture, designed new cushions for the existing fixed seating, and coordinated the redecoration of the low-level walls. These subtle updates ensured the garden feels like a natural continuation of the interior palette.
